Residencias

La residencia es un proyecto sin fin de lucro que tiene una cuota mínima de recuperación para el mantenimiento del espacio.

Para las residencias necesitamos calidad, agilidad, experiencia, dinamismo, juventud y colaboración entre los artistas residentes, la Fundación Cultural y la comunidad.

Los valores que manejamos en la Curtiduría son formalidad, responsabilidad, accesibilidad, flexibilidad, enfoque a una cultura de servicio, honradez, honorabilidad y experiencia.

- Descuentos en impresiones de plotter digital, scaneo en alta resulución del negocio ¨Mate¨ en caso de necesitarse.

- Recomendación para un buen trato y descuento para algún impreso con la imprenta El Castor (de necesitarse).

- Contactos con los artesanos para hacer la producción de la obra (de necesitarse.)

La residencia NO incluye: Alimentos, bebidas, costos, materiales y herramientas de producción, trámites aduanales, gastos médicos ni transportes. 

Residences

For the residents we promote quality, experience, dynamism, youth, and collaboration between the artists in residence, La Curtiduría, and the community.

The values that La Curtiduría embraces are formality, responsibility, accessibility, flexibility, a sense of community, and a focus on cultural service, honesty, honor, and experience.

The residence is a not for profit project that has a minimum quota of recuperation for the maintenance of the space.

-Discounts on digital plotter prints and high-resolution scans from the “Mate” business, incase you need it.

-Recommendation on a good deal and discounts for some prints with the printing press, El Castor (if needed).

-Contacts with the other artists for the production of your piece at a good price (if needed)

-After November the use of lithography, screen-printing, and press workshops, in addition to digital graphics equipment in el Taller Gráfica Actual will have a special price.

The artist in residence will oblige to wok under the following rules:

- Showing clear and punctual interest in the work with the artistic and social community of La Curtiduría.

-Having a disposition and ability for sharing your work and experience through a course/workshop or through a discussion.

-That at the end of the residence the artist has completed a creative, personal, and community-oriented process that can be exhibited.

The residence does NOT include: food, drink, costs, materials, production tools and transportation. Nor does it include medical costs in case of an accident.
